Too many people feel like they are saved, on their way to heaven. They're just waiting for the bus to pick them up. God has a vision and calling for all of us. And, he wants us to reach the full measure of what he has planned for us! This is our God sized vision: Johnny and I have a strategy for the particular region we live in. We will be calling people from all over the US to come and work on advancing the Kingdom in this region this summer. This region is made up of dozens of little communities. Imagine... ...Street Preachers on the corner in every community and at every gathering. ...Imagine every church providing workers to talk to the crowds that always gather where street preaching occurs. Imagine people being stirred to go to church... some may never have attended, some may not have gone for years. ...Imagine every church being equipped to knit visitors into their fellowship: winning the lost and strengthen those who have drifted. (Did you know that typically only 5% of visitors stick? But with REAL training, they can keep 75% or more!) ...Imagine every church being equipped to disciple the new people. (Do you know that most churches/ministries just 'teach', they aren't sure how to 'train'?) ...Imagine in every neighborhood, there are 'missionaries' who rebuild community, who energize the believers to the activities above, and who energize a Prayer Tsunami. ...Imagine a Prayer Tsunami where every person in our community is prayed for by name and by need. ...Imagine the impact to the Kingdom if the church, instead of building it's own fellowship, leaders took seriously what the word 'church' means: a Christian gathering to BOTH worship God AND TO consider the welfare of the community & how to make disciplined, skilled followers everywhere, starting next door and on into the world. And, imagine if Churches took seriously the 'concept' of ONE body of Christ and actually FUNCTIONED like one body instead of like a bunch of individually owned 'Christian franchises.' After we work in our community, we will see the focus on another community and another and another. The collection of these communities could very well emerge into a Christian nation within our Nation. With the trajectory of some of the political state of affairs, a holy nation might be more than just a 'good idea'. :-) If you would like to get regular updates on this vision... join the group Christian Nation within Nation HERE... • Since there seems to be quite a bit of interest in our "God-Sized Vision" of a Christian Community within a community and a collection of Christian Communities making a Christian Nation within our nation... I decided to start a group to keep people informed.

  • Juanita,
    I really appreciate your big vision. Too many people have small ones. I believe Jesus too was displeased with small visions when He said to the disciples MANY times, "Oh ye of little faith." I stand with you in your big vision. A person with a big vision, which appears impossible, is like a pioneer who goes into uncharted territory and blazes paths. On one hand, that person receives unique rewards of seeing sights for the first time that no one else has seen; and on the other hand, that person also gets shot at by unfriendly inhabitants. I know how much a prophet has no honor in his/her own country. But no one else has greater rewards than the trail blazer. In my estimation, the settlers who follow after have mundane tasks of building roads, making settlements, and initiating commerce. Don't let any negatives detour you from being a pioneer. God describes pioneers in Psalm 107:23-24: "They that go down to the sea in ships, that do business in great waters; These see the works of the LORD, and his wonders in the deep." When the disciples obeyed the Lord and launched their boats out into the deep, it was there they experienced great miracles and caught the most fishes, even to the breaking of their nets. If you think about it, that really preaches faith and vision and has great outreach as its result! I am proud to be part of your vision. I am drawn to big visions, and the bigger they are and more impossible they appear, the stronger is the drawing power. If that's true of me, I'll bet there's are lots more people like me who stand with you in your vision. Hey out there, make yourselves known...
    Blessings, Dave

    You know what is greater than street preaching? Street healing, street deliverance, street restoration to the body of Christ and last, street praise and worship unto Jesus! Let's not just preach but do the works of Jesus, just as he did out in the streets! Let's think KINGDOM! Let's think ANOINTING! Let's think FAITH! And add all these together and you will win the multitudes over to Jesus...Now what do you think?

  • Scriptures on The Spiritual Nation, the Nation Within A Nation

    Genesis 17:5: Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

    (Father of MANY Nations)

    Exodus 19:5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

    Exodus 19:6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

    Deuteronomy 14:2 For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

    Deuteronomy 26:18 And the LORD hath avouched thee this day to be his peculiar people, as he hath promised thee, and that thou shouldest keep all his commandments;

    Romans 4:17: (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

    Titus 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.

    Galatians 3: 16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

    17And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

    18For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

    1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;

    NOTICE the covenant language from Old Testament with Israel is the SAME as with the Ekklesia...the model is the nation, not a temple, but yet not an "empire", not defined by a state or borders...

    The PRINCIPLES are the same. We are ONE seed, but MANY nations, spiritual nations, some which have HAD a state, MANY which have NOT (having a STATE is not a condition or part of the definition).

  • Habakkuk 2

    1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

    2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

    3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

    4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

    This is what I am about- write the vision, make it plain...and of course make sure it is a vision from God, building His Kingdom, not ours. I can attest, that I bear witness of this vision as one who sees a missing piece, not really MISSING but heretofore not known to me, of a vision I have, a God sized vision that looks more like Israel in the wilderness, the ekklesia in the 1st century, and the call on the Puritan founders of America...

  • Mary Anne!
    Thanks for the encouragement. There are so many things happening! I was actually thinking of doing a teleconference to share them.
    Just to give you a quick snapshot...
    Providentially, Bill C -the architech for TS, has been working on part of the vision as a number of us have....
    ...we 'find' each other.
    ...right at the time when the nation needs Christian community more than ever.
    ...right at the time when God may be judging our nation for its ungodliness.
    ...right at the time when we are organizing a launch for this summer. Bill's vision is well developed - Christian Nation within a Nation. Ours has been for the local community. As Bill thought together with us, we all realized that the nation should be build from Christian communities. dah. Pretty simple. But. Very profound.
    I am in awe at how things are coming together!
