The Georgia Guidestones state the ideal population of the world to be under 500,000,000, in balance with nature. The current population of the world is 6,784,944,798, a number substantially higher than the "ideal" population.

Let's not argue the validity of the Georgia Guidestones in this discussion, instead I want to discuss something different: Our government's interest in population control. Could it be that our current government's blatant acceptance - even promotion - of abortion and same gender relationship rights, could in fact be a covert way to control the U.S. and world population? Think about it, when people get abortions, they are not only killing their offspring, but their offspring's potential offspring. And everyone knows that there is no possible way a baby can result naturally from a same gendered relationship.

I'd really like to hear everyone's opinion on this!

  • I think it is not a bright idea at all.

Every day in this world 18000 kids starve to death and 850 million people go to bed every night with empty stomachs.(from U.N. food agency)

How many more need to die daily for you to be happy?
  • LOL thats funny but I know homosexuals that have kids.

I think every one knows Ted Haggard. Clearly he is as gay as a 3 dollar bill but he also has three kids.

Homosexual sex is normal in nature, and has been documented in over 400 species of animals.
  • That would make god the one doing the most abortions.

Another thing,Women that god made unable to have kids should not get fixed by science.God made them baren for a reason.

I also wanted to add that nature has a way of controlling the population by itself. As I mentioned in another post, about 50% of pregnancies end in a miscarriage via natural means (15% documented) within the first 6-8 weeks of pregnancy. At this early stage of pregnancy, most women do not know they were even pregnant or experienced a miscarriage (undocumented cases are the majority).
