You may have many different directions your church is going in way of media ministry, such as recording your sermons, having a worship team, managing a media ministry blog, etc. But one important thing to keep in mind is that your media ministry should have a focus as well as a goal(s). The focus should be on getting the Word of God out and the goal would be whatever your ministry's mission and vision is. By keeping focused on the Great Commission and keeping ministry goals in mind, your media ministry will reflect the focus and naturally fulfill the goals!
