Anything that is in the public domain is free of copyright restrictions. So, you can publish public domain sermons on your website to bulk up your content. I've found some public domain sermons, hymns, even audio books your ministry can use:
http://www.ccel.org- CCEL stands for "Christian Classics Ethereal Library" and their website is filled with classic Christian books that are in the public domain.
http://www.abideinchrist.com/messages/index.html- Most of the sermons on this website are in the public domain and their website disclaimer states, "To the best of our knowledge all of the books and articles on this server are believed to be in public domain in the United States unless otherwise noted and can be freely used."
http://openhymnal.org- This website has classic hymns that are in the public domain.
http://applesaucekids.com/Music/MuHymns/Index.html- This website contains audio as well as sheet music of classic hymns in the public domain.
