Maybe you are a new student at a Bible college or a pastor working on getting your doctorate. Either way, I am here to share a few study tools you can use to help get that Bible degree or doctorate.
1. Free brainstorming tool: Do you have a big paper to write on the history of the Bible but you are not sure where to begin? There is a free brainstorming tool called bubbl.us which lets you create mindmaps online. Just pull up the website (which uses flash), and start typing your ideas and linking them together in a virtual mind map. This is very helpful in creating outlines for essays and more.
2. Record lectures and seminars: Whether you are a student attending classes or a pastor attending a seminar, recording lectures and seminars will help you take more detailed notes later and pay attention to the speaker while they are speaking rather than your notebook/computer as you quickly try to write/type everything the speaker is saying.

3. Note-taking software: There are dozens of note-taking software applications available for you to use. EverNote, for example, lets you capture information from virtually anywhere to create detailed notes you can access on any of your internet ready devices.
4. Digital post-it notes: Digital post-it notes are helpful for when you have a lot to remember. You can "stick" digital post it notes on your desktop so you are reminded of all you have to do- and study for- every time you sit down to work on that research project. Many digital post-it notes applications exist, I have personally used Sticky Notes which came with my Vista PC.
