We, especially, as Worship Leaders are called to live above and beyond! You can only take the people as deep in Worship as you have experienced. If you're not experiencing deeper levels then when you lead on Sundays you can only take them to dip their toes in!
If you are experiencing God throughout the week, allowing God to take you deeper throughout the week, and pushing into His Presence and just being with God will speak volumes when you lead on Sunday morning. You cannot practically ignore God all week and then expect Him to do all the work on Sunday morning.
I have found that the more involved I keep HIM during the week, the deeper my Worship goes that Sunday when I lead/help lead the Church IN Worship.
Dont just be a Sunday Worshipper. Be an all week Worshipper and let your love for God from the week overflow into your Worship on Sunday!
