I saw your comment that you were looking for a church that has a childrens program that can handle all of your children. How about asking if River of Life would let your 3 yr old stay in nursery if he isn't ready for the next step. Course you could also try Living Word. We have nursery or children's church up to 12. Older children can go to youth group. I think you have the freedom to allow your young child to stay back if not ready for the sit and learn routine yet. Not positive as I don't serve in this part of the church.
