  • Edwin,

Welcome to Kingdom Insight! Please let me know if you have any questions on using any of the functions within the community - i.e. starting discussions, replying to discussions, writing a blog entry, etc. I am here to help!
  • Maybe so? I don't know about the financial benefit, but the more you encourage others and also share about your ministry/work, the more support you will receive. And as we water others, we will be watered too. God will pour out His blessings. A network for your ministry could be a way to go... seek the Lord!!
  • Hey Edwin, all these networks can be confusing!! Every time I'm invited to a new one, I wonder whether I should join as I'm already in so many, and we're meeting the same people all the time. We all seem to be in them together. But maybe the Lord had new connections for us... others He wants us to meet. Besides, it is God who is building His church.
And I'm discovering that it is the people, and not the groups or networks, that is most important. And the Lord Jesus is the best networker. Look how He has arranged His Body.

"I, therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you to walk worthy of the calling with which you were called, with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." (Eph. 4:1-6)
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." (Eph. 4:11-13)
